Jumping Ahead

Wow! I'm terrible about keeping up with this blog. So rather than recap New Year's, Valentine's Day, Easter and everything in between I will jump ahead to our recent trip to San Antonio and the TX Hill Country. We took the kids to Sea World last week and enjoyed some time at the Hilton hotel. After our 2 days there, my parents took the kids for the weekend while we went to a family friend's wedding in Comfort. Our time there was wonderful, but too short. We really enjoyed hanging out with Michael's parents, his brother and his family and his old college roommate. I haven't stayed up that late talking and reminiscing in years. By the time I unwound completely it was time to pack up and retrieve the little ones. It was our first time to leave Luke overnight and after 16 months it was a much needed break. The kids did great and had so much fun at Nana and Gramp's house. Here are some photos of our trip. I tried to keep them in chronolgoical order of our trip, but gave up. Formatting on blogger isn't an easy task. We recommend you take a family trip to Sea World if you haven't already. So worth it!

Feeding the Dophins - our favorite part!
The boys at the rehearsal dinner (goat farm).

Hannah's first roller coaster (I think). Front row, all by herself, no hands.

Day 2 at Sea World - water fountain at entrance of park.

Hannah's dive and swim to Daddy.

In Comfort, TX at Meyer Bread & Breakfast by the Guatalupe River - relaxed

Ready to go - at the front gate. Helpful hint: the park actually opens 30 minutes before it's advertised to open.
