We have a seven year old in the house! Hannah celebrated her big day with a small group of sweet school friends and soccer teammates. We met at the Stonebriar mall to watch Cars 2 and share pizza and cookie cake for lunch. With the arrival of Baby Ryan (age 2 weeks), we wanted to keep this party small, simple and easy. I felt a little like a 2%er as I cut a few corners and used Evite and a standard cookie cake...but it didn't matter a bit in the end...she was thrilled with how it turned out and super happy. Hannah is currently infatuated with dogs and wanted everything puppy related, but I was able to get away with incorporating the theme just by the cake design and giving the girls webkinz puppy party favors which were placed on each plate setting. The girls got to pick their favorite breed - so fun - score for me! :) Michael and his mom, Charline, were sooo helpful and I couldn't have pulled it off without their help. Sending a HUGE shout out to them for juggling Luke, 8 silly school girls and one hormonal mommy and her newborn.
Happy birthday, Hannah Kate! May you continue to shine bright. We love you and thank you for enriching our lives with more love and joy than we could have ever dreamed of. God blessed our family when he gave you to us. I love every unique little thing about you. Happy birthday and many more! OXOXO!!!

Luke on the carousel - lovin' it!

Making foam photo frames. We were short on the jewel stickers and I had to divvy them out AFTER the frames were almost completely decorated. That was tough. Birthday girl couldn't have them all. :(

Love this picture with our baby girl!

Grandma gave Hannah the American Girl doll, Julie. She was over the moon happy! Thank you MC!!!
